    Saturday:

    • 9:00am Breakfast 
    • 10:30-11:15 speaker  Physical Therapy Talk (Ryan)
    • 11:30-12:15 speaker  (Jim Walmsley)
    • 1:00pm lunch
    • 2:30-3:15 speaker  Importance of Massage  ( Judy)
    • 3:30-4:15 speaker  (AJW)
    • 4:15-6:00 free time (massages available at craft hall) Please bring extra cash for tip!
    • 6:00pm Dinner
    • 7:30 camp fire
    • 8:00 movie screenings (LaPoint Hall)
    • 10:00pm quiet hours 
    Sunday:
    • 6:00am Wake up (continental breakfast will be available)
    • 6:30am everyone meets at cars to drive to the race(Please Carpool)
    • 7:00am check into race and walk 1 mile to start
    • 8:00am Jerome Hill climb race starts (4.5 miles) http://arizonaroadracers.com/events/jerome-hill-climb (we pay you race!
    • After the race campers are encouraged to hang out in the town of Jerome and have lunch. This will be the only day we will not provide Lunch.
    • 2:00pm All campers must be back at camp 
    • 2:30-3:15 Speaker  (Perry Etinger)

    • 4:15-6:00 Free Time (Massages Available) Please tip!

    Monday:
  • 6:30am Long Run Group Starts: 13.5ish miles  w/ 2,500 ft of elevation( http://goo.gl/DDBuhA ) 
  • 7:00am Mid Distance Group Starts: 9ish miles w/1,700 ft of elevation (http://goo.gl/q56Gyc)
  • 7:30 am Short Distance Group Starts: 5ish miles w/ 1,300 ft of elevation (http://goo.gl/7wtctM)
  • 9:00am Breakfast 
  • 10:30-11:00 Final speakers and Clean up Briefing (James Bonnett/Entire Panal)
  • 11:00-12:00 Clean up and depart camp
  • All Speakers will talk at the LaPoint Hall.
    All group runs will start/finish at the Pavilion. Runners must check in and out at the pavilion before and after your run!
